How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders to U.S. locations are sent in priority mail packages. The order typically takes three to five days to arrive. This time frame may vary depending on location and holidays.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the amount material purchased and is based on the amount of material that can fit into a certain sized mailing envelope. For U.S. orders, shipping is calculated upon checkout.
Don’t forget, there is free U.S. Shipping on orders over $150!
Does I Love Sewing Ship Internationally?
Yes! We have shipped all over the world and enjoy serving our international customers.
What are shipping charges for international orders?
Upon initial checkout, the shipping charges for international orders will be zero dollars. We will then follow-up with an invoice sent to the email address you provided. This invoice will reflect the calculated shipping charges to your area. Please be sure to watch for the email containing this invoice as we will not cut the fabric or package the order until the shipping amount is received. After that though, your order will be on its way!
How long does it take for my international order to arrive?
International orders typically take between 1-3 weeks to receive but may take longer.
What methods of online payment does I Love Sewing accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or money orders.
Ordering from Our Website
Can I place my order over the phone?
Absolutely. If you feel more comfortable speaking to someone live, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. This may also be the best option if you have a special request that may require some additional explanation. An I Love Sewing employee can be reached at 402-727-7869. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will give you a call back.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We use PayPal to complete our online transactions. PayPal provides a highly secured site that specializes in keeping your information safe. We never see your bank account numbers or credit card numbers. If you do choose to place your order over the phone, all personal credit card information is shredded right away.
How is fabric measured?
Fabric is measured by the yard.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum amount of fabric that can be ordered online is ¼ yard.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I Love Sewing in unable to accept returns on most products including fabrics and patterns. This being said, we are happy to accept returns if you receive the wrong fabric. *
What if my fabric is not exactly what I needed?
If you find that you need more fabric than what you originally ordered, we would be happy to send additional yardage if it is still in stock. If you realize that you incorrectly placed your fabric order, either by ordering the wrong fabric or amount, please call us right away at 402-727-7869.
If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message. We always check the message’s before cutting fabric. Unfortunately, if you change your mind on the fabric that you ordered once it has been cut or after you have received it, we are unable to accept the return. The reason for this is that we are unable to resell fabric once it has been cut. Due to legal reasons, we cannot accept returned patterns.
Class fees are due in full at the time of registration. I Love Sewing, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class that does not fill the enrollment number of students required by the instructor. If there is not sufficient enrollment, your registration fee will be refunded in full. If a student cancels, there is no refund, but you may have someone take your place in class.
In case of inclement weather and the class is canceled, the class will either be rescheduled or refunded.
We ask that you turn off or put cell phones on to vibrate and leave the room if you do want to take a call. A light lunch or dinner will be served in classes running 4 hours or longer. â€¨â€¨Come prepared to learn a few sewing tips and have some fun!

Does I Love Sewing have a newsletter?
I Love Sewing sends an e-newsletter. If you are interested in adding your name and email address, please provide your email address in the newsletter sign-up on the homepage. We do not send e-newsletters often and when we do, it usually means we are having an event or a special sale or to tell you upcoming classes or a new fabric line in. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email.
